Care for Every Stage of Womanhood

We serve women through all stages of life—from a young teen’s first menstrual questions to post-menopausal support.

Girls as young as 13–15 are welcome to schedule their first well-woman visit, which usually does not involve a pelvic exam but helps build comfort and trust with our providers.

As women grow older, regular Pap smears, HPV tests, and discussions about hormonal changes become a key part of staying healthy.

Our care doesn’t stop at menopause.

We continue supporting women with screenings, lifestyle counseling, and chronic condition management as their needs evolve.

Your Annual Visit for Prevention and Peace of Mind

A well-woman exam is a yearly visit that includes preventive screenings and a discussion of your reproductive and gynecological health. Depending on your age and health history, your exam may include:

Menstrual or menopause support

Birth control discussion

HPV testing

Breast exam

A general physical assessment

Pelvic exam

Pap smear

These exams are essential for early detection of cervical cancer, STDs, and other health issues, and they provide a safe space to talk openly about anything affecting your health.

What Is a Pap Smear?

A Pap smear is a simple and quick screening test that checks for cervical cell changes that could lead to cancer. During a pelvic exam, a provider gently collects a sample of cells from your cervix to send to a lab. The process is quick, typically painless, and could save your life.

If the results are abnormal, that doesn’t mean cancer—it just means more testing may be needed to monitor or rule out concerns.

Pap Testing Guidelines:

  • Ages 21–29: Pap test every 3 years

  • Ages 30–65: Pap every 3 years, or HPV test every 5 years, or both every 5 years

  • Age 65+: Some women may stop screening based on medical history
